Hi
The feasibility analysis matrix was good, and the instructions were clear to me, but I am not sure how to assign ratings. Is there a formula for that?
I am really looking for some help with writing a feasibility report… the actual phrasing of it. I’m just not sure how to write my recommendations persuasively.
I have not done a feasibility report so far. I’m a fresher. I want to see models of feasibility reports done on goat farming.
Hi all
Thanks for your comments.
@Louise - there isn’t a formula as such, the criteria will depend on the business
@Paul - writing is a skill that becomes easier with practice. Perhaps try searching for feasibility studies in the industry you are researching, and see how others are phrasing things.
@Hanas - Sure. Feasibility reports are not as mysterious as we often first think. If you haven’t done already, sign up to the email list. We are offering our list members free video tutorials on the process of feasibility planning, and I am sure you will find them really helpful.
this is my first time to write a feasibility study and am really at a loss on how to start it, all i know is that my boss gave me one. im hoping that you could help me on my first venture in writing a feasibility study….

If you are not sure where to go with a feasibility study, I suggest you consider our E-workbook “Don’t Gamble with Your Business!”. While the workbook was designed with a new business in mind, it is easily used with existing businesses to examine new business proposals.
It takes you step by step through establishing goals for the feasibility study, researching the relevant information, weighing the data to evaluate options and coming to a conclusion. It then gives you a template that is cross referenced to the research you already completed, to help you generate a report appropriate for submission to a supervisor or employer or board for consideration.
If you have never undertaken anything like this in the past, I really do think you would benefit from the workbook - and you have 30 days to evaluate it. And if doesn’t meet your needs, simply let us know and we will refund your money in full :).
