ReadyPlanning.com was established by Diess, a Business Planning Consultancy, to meet a need of small businesses and start ups who want assistance to develop business plans, but for whom hiring a consultant to research and write the plan was out of their budget.
All the information on ReadyPlanning.com has been prepared by our experienced Business Planners, and has not been simplified or dumbed down in any way.
The reason this information can be provided for free is that it comes from our internal processes - in other words, we had already developed it, we are simply revealing it for you to use.
We believe most business owners can develop business plans that are suitable for submitting for a bank loan. The reason our clients choose to outsource to us is often time-based - they know that as specialists, we can do the project in less time than it will take them to research the process. Also, some of our clients feel that they need assistance in composing a plan that reads well, and communicates the business effectively, and would rather our experienced business plan writers helped in that.
The only difference between what you generate as a business plan (if you use our information) and what our planners generate will simply come down to experience, knowledge of information sources (many of which we will tell you about here), ability to read and interpret information such as market research and statistical documents, and writing style.
